Radovan Karadzic has appeared before the Hague war crimes tribunal today after boycotting his trial since it began last week. Earlier one of his legal advisers, Marko Sladojevic, stressed his client was likely to refuse a court-appointed lawyer to represent him. There is only one figure that Karadzic will accept to represent him.
